1. INTRODUCTION
We, at The Savory Affair, specialize in crafting exquisite catering experiences for all types of events, including Weddings, Birthdays, Corporate Get-Togethers, Kitty Parties, Anniversaries, and other celebrations. Our team ensures a seamless dining experience with premium quality ingredients, customized menu options, and exceptional service.

2. SCOPE OF SERVICES
We offer a diverse range of catering solutions tailored to your event’s unique requirements, including but not limited to:

  • Customized Menu Planning: Vegetarian, Non-Vegetarian, Vegan, and Fusion Menus.
  • Live Counters & Food Stations: Interactive setups like Chaat Counters, Live BBQ, Pasta Station, etc.
  • Buffet & Plated Service: Based on event type and guest preference.
  • Event Staffing: Professional chefs, servers, and bartenders.
  • Buffet Decor & Setup: Elegant table arrangements, theme-based food presentation.
  • Beverage Service: Mocktails, Soft Drinks, Tea/Coffee Stations.
  • Desserts & Sweet Treats: Traditional Indian sweets, fusion desserts, live dessert counters.

3. PRICING & PAYMENT TERMS
Our pricing varies based on menu selection, number of guests, and additional services. The standard pricing tiers has been attached with the Menu.

  • Advance Payment: 50% upon confirmation of booking.
  • Final Payment: Due 48 hours before the event.
  • Mode of Payment: Bank Transfer / UPI / Cash.

4. TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Booking Confirmation: The catering contract will be considered confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment.
  2. Cancellation Policy:
    • Cancellation 10 days prior to the event: 50% refund of the advance.
    • Cancellation within 10 days of the event: No refund.
  3. Guest Count: Final guest count must be confirmed 7 days before the event.
  4. Food Wastage: Extra food can be packed upon request or donated as per agreement.
  5. Liability: The Savory Affair is not liable for any allergies or dietary restrictions not disclosed before the event.
  6. Service Duration: Our standard catering service lasts up to 3 hours. Extended service will be chargeable.
  7. Venue Arrangements: The Client must provide necessary permissions and access to the venue.
